QUESTION FOR YOU GUYS...

This could partially depend on your morals and how you view the bible but.....

Do you guys think it would be right to get a tatoo of a friend's initials or something to "honor" him if he died from a heroin OD? I just personally dont think its right to show honor for something like that...they did it to themselves...its basically *******...and if you know the bible at all, you know where you go for *******..... What do you guys think"?

I think it is bull shit to judge someone in anyway. Basically ******* and actual ******* are completly different things. He didnt mean to kill himself. ******* is where you mean to take you own life. Not an accident from the cause. He was getting F'd up. That is wrong in a bible sence, but not *******.

IMO there is nothing wrong with tats and piericings. The bible states that they were for showing rebelion. Now days it isnt rebelion, its simply consitered art. NO, it isnt wrong IMO.

I think if the person in question was/is very important to you then making some sort of lasting tribute to him is nothing more than showing respect for someone who made a big impact in your life some kind of way.

In this instance the cause of his untimely passing, IMO, is an immaterial detail. Now if you were glamorizing recreational drug use in some way ~ like a tat that advocates heroin usage or something akin to that then I would say you're as foolish as your friend unfortunately was. Outside of that, however, what I've already said stands.

Sorry for your loss.

I agree with Prowler mostly..... but for me personally, they better have been my best,closest friend and have had a HUGE impact on my life, and who I am as a person; for me to get a tattoo.
