Ya, I'm gonna keep looking.. Was just checking out Madisound.. Actually, I think I may be limited to 3" drivers since I think I have 4" of mounting space.. And I'll probably just run them of my (currently) unused HU outputs.. hrmmmm..

Sorry, I've just never had the need.. I've always used external amps.. But I think the D-310 outputs might be up to the challenge of some 3" mids..

cyan look at the dayton ref midranges and get the aura amp that does 75x2 i got it going to my tweets and it rocks. that would be like 150 bucks for an awesome midrange set-up

OK, 3" mids (4" total diameter) and some matching amplification.. And should I go with extended range (up to 20000hz), or just stick with ~ 80-8000hz? I like my sound bright, but I'm not sure what effect going ext range would have on my current tweets..
