When I keep my TV on too long, it starts to hiss at me like something is interfering with it. I don't watch much TV anymore, but I do have Mythbusters on now.

The housing is cheap compared to Oregon. A house right on the gulf of Mexico is 400K compared to a 4 bedroom/2 bath with a pool for 750K in Medford. I'd rather live in FL right on the gulf with a dock in my backyard, wouldn't you?

My parents found a few nice houses in the 350K-500K range right on the gulf with a dock.
