when I was in Tijuana I drove from a beach party all messed up from San Deigo and then we went to a few crappy places there and stumbled back across the border

it does...i went there about three years ago for a weekend...and actually it wasnt too bad until sunday. I went to safeco to watch the mariners...i was at the first game where they closed the top of the stadium during a game because of rain. yay //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif oh well. downtown seattle was so freaking crazy. sucks to drive through...but im sure it would be awesome to live there.
