What's with the "new" rules for the Hot Chicks Thread, Mike?

Aren't those pretty much the same rules that have always been in effect?

And do the requisite 'clothes' have to be actual clothes or can nips and lips simply be blacked out in Paint or whatever and still be within the regs?

(1) the rules in the past were simply this "no nips or lips"

(2) well the 2nd part of your question is the reason for the new rules. people were simply posting nudes and doing a half *** job of covering those areas. I got tired of it and made some new rules for it. so yes, the parts must be covered with clothing. (im probably the only one enforcing this rule, but thats life. none of the other mods had an opinion when i suggested changing the rules so i made the decision)

if im gonna play a game i want it on something bigger than a 21" screen and average speakers.

id rather be really close to a small hi res screen then far away from a giant low res TV..

pc games > console

Then get an appropriate video card and play your PC games on the TV???

And as far as the HCT rules go that's fine by me.

i've never seen you post anything out of line in there. me personally, im not a fan of trying to use a keyboard to play a game, i like something that will fit my hands. but to each their own.(and yes, i do have a video card that i can hook up to my tv.

Besides i just have a normal 32" TV.. what kind of tv you got?

good speakers, fast computer and 21" or 24" trinitron monitor > tv IMO.

for some games i agree.. like driving games... are usually better on a console.. but fps or even 3rd person are so much better on kb/mouse than a controller.

i have a 36" ed(enhanced definition - 480p and 480i) compatible tv. almost bought me a 50" dlp a while back. just ran out of money before i could.

i enjoy many fps, and i dont like the keyboard for them. too many buttons to remember and push this and then that gotta take my eyes off the screen sometimes to find the right button.
