no fuses blown, just the parking brake wire is not hooke dup. getting 12 volt readings on all powers and grounds. i dont get it im doing something wrong im sure

hooked up the yellow brain wire to the batt., hooked up black to a ground, hooked up yellow and black wire to white wire for foot brake, antenna to brain,digi out to brain, the dc/dc convertor hooked up the two wires to power and ground, red brain wire to acc. wire, parking brake wire is unhooked for now,

everything is orrect i believe.but i dunno im just pissed and tired
