The pre/processors in eBay? Those are all Dolby Digital/DTS/THX decoders for the most part. You'd need an x-over like an audiocontrol to run active speakers.

I played basketball today......after almost a year

My friend and I were challenged by a couple of high school punks (my friend is 27 and I'm 25)

we were up like 10-6...I was making all my shots....my boy was attacking the hoop. It was like old times.

Then...we got tired. We were really exhausted (I use to smoke BTW)

You just need a pre/processor and 5 channels worth of amplification. Could get 5 mono blocks or whatever, up to you.

I'm excited to build my first aftermarket car audio system. It's hard to keep the budget reasonable but much easier when buying parts online and installing them myself instead of paying MSRP at Tweeter but having them professionally installed. Still haven't completely decided which way to go - cheaper parts but good install or buy better parts for the same price online as the cheaper parts cost at Tweeter but have to install them myself...

put $1.75 in my gas tank yesterday and the gas station attendant laughed at me

I would have, too.

Actually, the hardest I have ever laughed about something dealing with someone getting gas happened just the other day...

I stopped at a Circle K (dunno if you have this particular chain of convenience stores where you are) to get a Mt Dew refill and some smokes.

While I was in the store here comes this guy pushing a late 60s Cadillac Fleetwood up to the gas pumps. He comes inside and pays for (this is not a joke) $0.13 worth of gas. So, the guy goes outside to pump this motherload worth of fuel he just purchased and all it did to that big-block V8 under the hood was get it to cough and sputter and run for about 6 seconds then promptly died again. So then the guy comes back into the store pissing and moaning about the gas pump must be inaccurate because it didn't give him enough gas to get his car running again.

By my math @ $2.799/gallon 13 cents will buy you 0.046 gallons of fuel. Exactly how far did this guy think 0.046 was going to take them in a car with a 472c.i.d. V8?!?
