Its weird reading about people who actually know or see each other in real life.

We haven't actually ever met face to face but because of where he was and it was the right kind of car I took a chance that it was him because everything 'fit' for it being him so I honked as I went by. I figured if it was actually him that as many different pics of my car that have gotten posted on the forum he'd be able to figure out pretty easily who it was honking as they went by.

here's something i saw that was funny the other day, while playing call of duty2 on xbox live, two of the guys were talking about stuff, well after talking for about 10 mins they realized they knew each other in real life also. apparantly they used to work together for like 10 yrs. now they live in diff states and all that. funny stuff

It never ceases to amaze me just how much smaller the world has become as the interweb became more and more widespread across the globe. Shoot - it ended me up with an Australian wife and a longterm plan to move countries!

It also more or less murdered the CB radio community, sadly.

Those Clarus amps that your signature lists as soon to come? Are they part of your better half's buildup too?

I like Profile - great amps for the money....but personally I never could get past the overly-gaudy cosmetics on the Clarus line. Are there any performance advantages on those over the California-series amps?

I'd like to attend more shows this summer in the north west, however ... there are very few.

Perhaps a trip to Lynnwood, WA is in store - pay a little visit to Dan and the guys at Adire.

We'll see. So many plans, so little push to do them, and so little time.

I know for a fact I'll be making a trip down to US in a few weeks, should post up a thread seeing if there is anyone in the area I'll be going to. Mind you it's only a day trip to an amusement park, but whatever.

Few guys in Spokane, WA ... that's only ~ two and a half hours away. Mark (Mark_ab) and Damian (WeDgE) are in Edmonton and Lethbridge, respectively. Few other guys in Alberta too. Should be able to meet up with some of them real soon.

Reminds me ... need to get off my *** and look for real estate sites with quality listings you don't have to pay to see for homes in Alberta. Seems like a stretch so far - but I'm not paying money to view real estate listings for property that doesn't interest me.

yeah his car is quite sexified and im not a big fan of crown vics
