b/c he has 0 points. The rep works off both pts and post count. No matter how many posts you have, if you have 0 points or less, you will show up grey. The more posts and rep pts you have, the more pts you give when you rep someone. For instance, supa c has 15000 pts, but when he repped me last night he had 0 rep pts, and it showed up grey. Now if he had 20 or 30 rep pts or more, he would have probably given me 20 pts or so.

How can he have 0 points when he has like 2 bars...
