Red man = user is offline.

Green man = user is online.

Reputation thing ... you can click on the little balance beside the "report post" button on the left hand side at the bottom of a post.

Red dot = user is a general ****tard who has a negative reputation because no one likes them.

Green dot(s) = users lucky enough not to have received negative reputation points yet.
