Gotta respect those guys around here.

Sitting down in the back of their rig turning the paint on and off and having to breathe that junk in all day. No wonder they have a big grin on their faces and look so happy by the time they put the cones out.

Which, by the way, are extremely fun to swerve in and out of in a 15 passenger van when everyone is sleeping on the way to a sporting event.
