from my experience.

DHL has always been very professional. Fedex leaves my packages in stupid places sometimes. UPS has lost 3 of my packages, delayed a couple others, and also leaves my packages in stupid places.

I did get a good chuckle when they tried to hide a ~1cu.ft. package by putting my doormat on top of it.
