Do you mean the Tantrum/Titanium or Xenon (all of which are 1200.1)? I can't find a 1400.1 amp on their site.

What's the advantage to a regulated power suppy?

Better efficiency?

Same power at all voltages. voltage drops wont affect performance, from my understanding.

Same watts no matter what the ohm load.

Usually 1-4ohms its the same amount.

They are probably more effecient than an unregulated power supply but you cant really "juice" them for all of their power.

They do cost more....
