I am heading out right now todo some last minute shopping and then off to the ym, today is bi's and tri's and I need to do a little clean up cause I did nto finish my shoulders the other day ran out of time, but my back is still in some pain but after all that I will be home and wrapping presents and posting, your plans?

Makes sense.

Sometime when you get a chance...type up your schedule and send it to me I'll have to do the same - I need to find a couple different exercises because I get bored sometimes lol.

ok cool, Kevein Lavarone Works out at the Golds near me, so he helped me with my routine, so it is pretty **** good

Wish there was someone like that around here...would help alot at the local gym. I have all of my equipment at home now, so I dont really know how it goes down at the gym anymore. It used to be packed with old people...so I went out and bought my own stuff

Ah ha, Im back...she said we will talk about the XXX after the holidays...as in...a week...less, maybe...no more...hehe, **excited**

For the Ranger.....oh god tha thing is a freakin mess right now...awaits the roll pan and tailgate....in the process of shaving it...relocating the gas filler door....etc.

Do you want my complete list of mods to date, and what we intend to do later on?

The closest comp would be in either Calgary/Edmonton AB, or Vancouver BC...so 12 hour drive to Vancouver...and a loooong drive to AB...I'll compete around here for sure...nothing organized though.
