the president is a Texan. is he a redneck??? think about it before you stereotype.

and the reason there is a LOT of lowrider shows and stuff in Texas is because we are right next to Mexico. cars are cheaper to customize and buy in mexico and Mexicans are the generall owners of lowriders anyway.
