Hrrmmm.....well, had myself a little graduation party (from college) today. So now I have ~$1500 I need to figure out something to do with. Probably take ~$125 of it and send one of my IDMax's in for a recone...something new to play around with. Might take a few hundred and pay off a few bills. Other than that, I'm stuck.
I don't want to just put it in savings cause I know I'll end up just widdling it away, and because I never really have much money freed up to buy anything "big" with.
Don't want to spend on on the house (drywall, paint, etc), because I want to spend it on something I'll have "forever", or atleast for a relatively long time, and I don't plan on living here for more than a few more years.
We have new furniture/bed/etc, so don't really need anything there.
Only idea I can come up with is to deck out my tools; buy myself a nice big tool box. Maybe a moderate air compressor. Router, compound miter saw, circular saw, really big set of sockets.....that kinda stuff. Cause I know I'll have those as long as the work (which will hopefully be many, many years to come), and it'd take me forever to actually amass a collection of really useful tools like that. And right now all I have is a table saw, jigsaw, drill....the usual.
Anybody else have any good ideas?
Buy a complete installers tool set, all the random stuff you would need to do installs, then put an add in the paper offering basic car audio installation at reasonable prices. Alot of people are interested in finding sombody to hook up their stuff for cheap. Also, build and sell high quality pre fab boxes.Hrrmmm.....well, had myself a little graduation party (from college) today. So now I have ~$1500 I need to figure out something to do with. Um, no.i don't have any especially useful ideas, i bet you could probably use something i'm selling in my F/S thread //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif
LOL....well thank you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif I actually put some time into making sure it's decently "correct". But that's mainly because I'm anal retentive and obsessive complusive, so if something is horrendously wrong it will bother me to no end......LOLotherwise, just let me comment on the fact that i always read most anything you post, regardless of what its about, just because of how grammatically correct and perfectly legible it is.
