THE Thread

I learned to drive on a '91 Ford F-150, 5spd...that thing taught me respect. My dad would make me take it up the largest hills around, and parallel park in traffic. I was scared shitless for the first few weeks, but I learned to pay attention to what was going on around me real fast. Older vehicles will do that to you, because if you don't treat them with respect they'll make their displeasure known...real quick.
thats hardcore. tough love method huh?

i cant drive my dad's 85 toyota pickup worth shit. no power anything and you can only turn the wheel if you're moving. surprised i never got in a crash with that thing.

another 'Mog that this company restored...they do some awesome work. I'd love to go to GA and buy a Pinz from 'em.

I took my Scout and Jeep into some awesome places. The Scout was much better off road though because of its shorter wheel base.

I once drove the Scout into a lake to get around some trees //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif There was a boat out there that had a bunch of tourists on it, and when I got out I looked back and they all had thier Binoculars aimed at me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
