I gotta find a realty school. The 2-week class thing so I can get access to the MLS. Im searching but cant find it. Supposedly long and foster does it. haven't come across anything yet.

I have MLS access but for florida. my wife is a real estate broker.

MLS in Fl was very easy to get. All you had to do was ask. haha. I thought it was that easy here too, nope. Also that fcounty thing that shows you who owns the house, who owned the house how much each person bought it for any renovations, sq footage and all that, that was public info, just had to know where to look, pretty crazy.
