I highly doubt it's JUST the HD. HDs are very very well sealed. If anything it would be the motherboard.

well on this hdd you can see where the bare greeen board is and where it got fried. it starts up and gets to the windows screen and then says something about not finding a bootable drive and keeps restarting, so im sure that is just the hdd.
