They were saying on our local news that people coming back from Spring Break in Mexico may be spreading it around the USA and Canada. So far people in 5 states have it, plus people in Canada. They were saying it's more serious than the regular flu, but it has the same symptoms so it'll be hard to know for sure without being checked out by a doctor. One more reason to stay away from Mexico. Makes me wonder just what kind of "contact" someone had with an infected pig down there. I used to work with a Mexican guy, we all thought he was pretty cool til he started bragging about screwing chickens when he lived in Mexico, he didn't last much longer at my work.

I think people in the news industry get bored every once in a while and decide to create hysteria over something trivial. I think they finally got tired of ******* Obama's dick and preaching gloom and doom about the economy.

I love how it has genes from human, pig and bird viruses, yet they say it cannot be a man made bioweapon. Pretty much that's all it could be.

Ummm a lot of you people are not thinking. If untreated this flu will kill you. So yea it's a big deal. If the news didn't make it into a big story the way they have some people might not know about how severe it could be. Would you rather them to wait until the crap spreads all throughout the U.S. and people die from it to make it into a big deal? You have to strike this thing before it gets really bad and that's what the government is trying to do. Look at Hurricane Katrina. People knew it was coming but nobody prepared for how severe it was because nobody made a big deal out of it early and look what happened.

ok what i dont get, how u supossley going to die from it? rule of thumb when you get flu you drink plenty of fluids..the fever? well if you are 101 plus take a coldd shower and go to the fing hospital..ld could it be the government genocide?
