Ohhh, I c, I have my plexi glued onto the deadening around the hole, that may be why it worked better. Either way I still sealed the edges with silicone.

i have liquid nails holding in my box (build to) in my back cabin the liquid nails i used was for bonding wood, metal ,tile..... i had to move a amp rack mounting stud over 1/2" to make room for my 0 ga ground wire bend and for me to get that 2x2 out i had to break it.

i like it alot i cant make it clip. its a pain to tune (need win 98 laptop) and you have to work around some limitations on freq settings.

I am about to buy the combo. Does it only work with win98? I only have 95&XP.

What limitations? Maybe you can link me to some better specs. I am not finding very many.

with me the sub setting (lowest) is 78 hz and fronts kick in at the same level. i cut my sub at 72 db per octive and the 36 db is set to my comps. sometimes i set everything to full range except the sub (i have 2 sets of passives). win 95 is fine
