Snakes, spiders ive learned to deal with, and the fact i never did mind them. Ive been bit by a spider, but i leave snakes alone.

i like both...both have bitten me as well...i use to have a water mocasin in an aquarium...it was fun to grab it out of the aquarium when i was drunk and watch peoples expressions when i was messing with it...the tarantula i use to have never got as many effects with people as the water mocassin did.....so i think people are more scared of snakes

Maybe cause the snake is much more poisonous and aggressive compared to the tarantula?

Poisonous snakes, but I am not just terrified of them.. Had a pet ball python and red tailed boa for a while.

used have a fear of spiders but got over it. My old home had brown recluses everywhere. My dad got bit one time putting on a pair of jeans. I have had them crawl up my stomach twice after I put on a pair of jeans. Also have been lieing in bed at night and felt something crawling on me, swatted it, and turned the lights on to discover I had a brown recluse crawling on me. after all the close calls I have had, and never gotten bit, I'm just not scared of any spider.

Hunting causes me to run into many snakes... Rattlesnakes and cotton mouths do cross my mind and I don't want to cross their path.
