This dual sub setup with its supposedly great engineered enclosure is described

Its special enclosure is supposed to make sounding greater, but I don't know up to what extent this is true. Has anyone heard this setup?
I would like to particularly compare this setup to other setup consisting of dual Polk Audio SR-124-DVC in a properly made sealed enclosure, according to the parameters of its manual (around 1.4 cu. ft. per sub).
How do these setups compare to each other regarding SQ?
And regarding SPL?
