It can be used for various reasons, if a post has become a flame war that is obviously going nowhere, and it needs a symbolic ending, or if a certain member has gone way too far off track. are you the president of the organized morons?? how do you guys manage that? it seems dang near impossible to get a bunch of morons organized...kind of an oxymoron...

like i said, feel free to use it however you want...i was simply presenting a tool for forum use, but not by morons.....i dont reccomend that at all.
