Are you planning on hanging the TV?
Or do you like a big hole in the wall above the tv? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

like 2800. and 75 for the wall mount.

The yellow looks like power, but any respectable installer would never run 120vac anywhere near those signal wires. The small black looks like coax, big black looks like component video, green might be audio, and the grey looks like cat5 for data or a remote system.

So I'm still confused. So you had people out there to do teh installation service on your tv to do a wall-mount. What happened? In the middle of them running it they gave u a price and u said no and they left?

WEll we got that area of the house renovated and at the time were not going to put in a flat panel but we wanted the option to. So we had them run wires to all the speakers and such. This was like a 1 1/2 years ago and we didnt want to get one yet. But they also quoted for a pioneer 40 inch for like 6800 not the elite. Just regular.

What he means:

The room got renovated a year and a half ago, and the renovators offered to run the wire for an LCD.. but they could not afford the LCD at the time. He recently purchased the TV, and now he's left with unknown wires. The reason he didn't purchase the LCD when they ran the wires was because they wanted $6,800!!

leave the lcd where it is at, wood panel the entire wall to reduce glare and mount a deer head over the hole

you could also carpet the walls for the desired effect

and if you dont know what the wires are call an electrician to hook things up
