good game, dont blame heilman and i dont blame beltran

the last pitch of the game was a nasty pitch, the only argument i have is that if anything it should of been 2-1 cards just because of the strike zone that was being called in the top of the 9th. 1 pitch to rolen was textbook strike on an 0-2 count that should of made it 2 out, also a pitch to molina was called a ball when it was clearly a strike and should of made it a 1-2 count, next pitch home run. Ill give him the hr but it should of been a solo shot. Great game by perez and heilman can't be blamed he was pitching really well up to the hr.

if i remember correctly at the end of the regular season:

Chi Sox fans save money from not having to buy playoff tickets, they take the money to get a new tv and then proceed to watch the mets go to game 7 of the NLCS

id have to say mets>chi sox

maybe the sox can get a little better next year to make the playoffs, doubtly the WS but if they do then hey we can talk about the mets vs. sox in 2007 WS

I would say 5 but I hate it when the WS is won by the away team, its just not the same celebration as it is in the home stadium and it really takes away from the game .

hmm i find it interesting that espn.com had an article that was critical of the umpire last night, saying something along the lines of, " two pitches to cliff floyd were atleast 6 inches above the computered generated strike zone" so thank you ump a strikeout with 2 on in the bottom of the 9th that should of never happened.
