**The MLB Thread**

well yea, a great starter is never gonna be worse than a great closer. I dunno about MUCH better but....he definitely has a little more stamina

ya know what though....statistically how much better the AL is than the NL this year...its sad.

OMG, it is not the much more. Out of all the stats you raze me about obp? Also granderson walks alot more than Crawford, which could be leading up to that whopping .30. Have to take that into consideration. Also for about the 3rd time Crawford is leading in more important things than obp. For instance his triples, sac basehits, steals and his average. I mean I cant believe we are egging eachother on about .30obp, lol! I am done with that. Lets move on to something else. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif Also about Thames, yes he is getting more time due to injury and family problems with Dimitri Young. So he is making it worth while now. Good for him. I was just stating his career stats were nothing to hoot about. Will he stay when Dimitri comes back? I mean the Angels just sent down Jared Weaver who was 4-0 with a 1.something era and had a lot of SO's. So he better make his time well worth it.
Also could have sworn that someone from the d-rays won a gold glove back then. I thought it was him.

when you are comparing leadoff hitters that is a big deal. leadoff hitters are suppose to get on base in front of your rbi guys. the point i'm trying to make is how ignorant you are in saying crawford is better then granderson will ever be, which is simply ignorant.
