Yes, with a powerful enough system you can cause your windows to flex and possibly break. However, this generally doesn't happen until you get near 170db, which 2 W7s most assuredly will not. Now, if you were going to do, say, 15 13W7s with 5000W running to each tuned to around 45-50hz, then you might be looking at 170db. But you'd also be so disgustingly rich (or sponsored) that it wouldn't matter anyway.

windows wouldnt curve anyways, theyd shatter. and you couldnt do that with 2 w7's anyways
are you sure about that? my girl's famliy owns a car audio shop that carries JL as a main product. they do W7 installs all the time and you can watch the windows flex. granted that is at least 12"s W7's seeing an ungodly amount of power, but the point is, that a pair of 12" W7s will make some windows flex.

In all my lifetime, I have yet to see a window actually blow out. It just doesnt happen (unless the window just sitting there not held in or something). The only thing that can really happen is loosening of the casing through multiple high spl burps. Eventually, the seal will be loose enough that the window actually rattles in the casing and shatters.

But with the amount of high SPL burps that you talk about, I'm sure they would replace the windshield with at least a 3/4" thick plexi instead of normal tempered glass, studded onto the A-pillars.

Yes...my windows do flex...but blow out..no. You're gonna need to be in the low 60s to do that. I've seen it done once. Eric Reid's Astro Van.
