Its 10:20, I have called UPS 3 times since 7pm...and I keep getting the same answer. "It's still showing that your package is on the truck, and he hasn't scanned them back in at the terminal." I gave up around 8:30, but still like to call and raise hell every 30mins...

Over the holidays I have had them show up a little past 10 but I am pretty sure that is the latest I have ever seen them.
