Ok I got a few comments on a few sites asking to see the house and I got pics of it when it was dark because I wanted to have at least some pics of it. I had to babysit my son today. It could use a little bit of work that shouldn't cost that much, so here are the pics:
This yard is humongous I bet 4 or 5 suburbans could line up across the fence on the right side of this pic along the gate. Also that is not a house in the back yard that is the garage. That thing is a beast. That is where my shop would be.
This yard is huge man, and to be honest it doesn't stop at the back gate. If I got this house at least 10 more feet back belongs to me. The fencing got expensive so the owner ended the gate early to save money.
The Garage area is a little cluttered at the moment and will be cleaned, but that garage is the size of some people's houses around here and could easily fit about 3 or 4 vehicles in it including my suburban. It needs shingles to look more presentable, but that is no big deal seeing as to how I work at Lowes in the lumber/roofing department. FTW.
It needs a cement job for the driveway, but that is also a product in my area that we throw away when the bags bust open so that is definitely no big deal. Especially because this house is a 3 bedroom (big rooms), one bathroom (with whirlpool tub), dining room (with french doors), big kitchen, back screened porch, has a fire place, a ridiculously big yard, and a huge 4 car garage all for 55k. I will have it inspected if everything goes my way heck with all the yard space I may invest in a swimming pool built in the ground. Who knows.
