the thread title says "for those who GRADUATED".....that implies rules, genius!

my high school was crazy strict with dress code. my junior year they started giving detention for holes in jeans, and even for frayed cuffs at the bottoms of jeans. they tried to get rid of anything potentially distracting, so some kids bought neon green t-shirts and printed, "I'm obeying the dress code, but i'm even more of a distraction" on them.

administrators at my high school were pretty big douchebags, but I enjoyed high school. I have some pretty good memories of goofing around in class, my friend asking a student-teacher to prom, exploiting substitute teachers, and avoiding the bearded lunch lady...

I was so piss drunk I was half passed out, asked the teacher to go to the bathroom cuz I was sick. She wouldn't let me, so I laid down in my desk, passed out and let it rip. my buddy from my dorm has the best memory though......resulted in a "weapons of mass destruction" charge

2400 students in my high school by my senior year, divided into two separate school "days".

School surrounded by 8 foot high chain link with barbed wire on top.

Security guards on every gate and roaming the halls.

And my senior year consisted of three classes...1 hour of library science, 2 hours of offset photo lithography, and PE.

A full school day was from 7:20am to 11:50 am.

Oh, and this was in 1975 in LA California.
