No... this state is horrible for many reasons.
Granholm, lack of work, weather, crime, poverty, etc

It will turn around. Granholm will be gone soon.

I'm not planning on staying in NC after this spring - I realize there aren't the kind of jobs here willing to pay me what I'm worth in the market. I'm not particularly sad or reflective about that, it is what it is. I don't mind going off and living in other places - hell, I may not stay in this country.

Change sucks sometimes. Change is violent and disruptive. But it's also going to happen...
