Well it will stop them from hogging up the area where people are trying to sell their ****. I could care less if they post how to use a capacitor in the review section just not in the **** classifieds.

What you are suggesting would only make other areas of the forum more cluttered up do to new members boosting their post count. It won't stop anyone from scamming or posting a FS/WTB in the wrong area. Just means that they will gain your trust by posting more until they can scam you.
