Yeah if you look above the driver side you can see where I broke the glass with my hand.

Luckily I only f'd up my hand and back a little. Statefarm gave me a fair payout but, I still had 6k left to pay on the car. It's hard to tell from the angle but, the car has frame damage and the motor shifted as well.

Quick rundown of what happened?

So I was going onto a merge lane in a busy area at 2 on a Friday. I was the lead car going in so I glanced over didn't see anyone else in the lane and then started looking at the traffic to merge into. Unlike almost everyone in my area I like to match to speed of the road I'm about to merge into. So I see a slot I can get into and then when I turn my head in front of me there is a car just stopped for no reason midway into the merge lane. Long story short I couldn't get out of their way or break in time and I f'd up my car and the lady got away with a damaged bumper.

No my end of the accident was like hitting a brick wall. (Total loss of movement) When I hit her most of the energy was transferred moving her car. (Her car moved 4-5 car lengths when I hit her)

i would of probably killed the other person if i hit them at that force with my truck tbh

what was she doing stopped anywhere on any lane on the highway? did she not merge properly and got stuck so she slammed on the brakes? id get a good lawyer

merging isn't that hard, even with a bogged down truck lol just floor it from 40 to 70 and you're good to go
