The cheapest mp3 head unit?

The head unit in my delivery car died a couple months ago and listening to the radio for 6 or 7 hours a night is driving me crazy so I'm looking to get a really cheap head unit, preferably mp3 so I can just have 2 or 3 cds in my car at a time. Used or new it doesn't really matter, used would be better I guess since it would most likely be cheaper. I'll probably buy from e-bay. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!
