I noticed this while camping and all I had was beer, eggs and steak. It was a great breakfast.

 
well i wasnt graced with biscuits and gravy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif, i got rallys a fish sandwich a large fry and a large coke, it wasnt the healthiest but it was nice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif i got my first real order in from elevation since starting my buisness to went pretty good 16 12" comps and 3 X 12"s i wasnt able to go out and eat because i had to wait for them to delivery the goods...it was Cod //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif but all was good...

 
14 chicken taquitos with tabasco. not technically breakfast since i ate it at 2pm, but it was my first meal of the day since i woke up at noon.

 
Oh I started a new diet I have to take in 450grams of protein a day. I eat like 8 times a day.
That is not a diet! That is a weight stacking program. For freaking bodybuilders. Are you trying to gain muscle mass???

While lifting 150% of your body weight in grams of protein is ideal. But 450 grams is very unhealthy...

I totally agree. You should only take 1g-1.5g of protein per pound of body weight. Otherwise, you are taking too much, and it won't translate to faster muscle growth. A bodybuilding forum (like http://forum.bodybuilding.com) would be much better to talk about this. Gaining and keeping muscle is much more than simply ODing on protein and working out.

 
Guys I weight about 290 so its around 1.5 grams of protein per lb. And yeah I am trying to gain muscle mass to weigh around the same just solid muscle right now I have a body fat of about 17% so I want to get to 10% so we will see how this turns out.
