Actually it was constipation for a few days since I was dehydrated for the the longest time and had a pretty bad diet with no fiber. Started chugging 3 liters to a gallon of water the day before and BAM all that junk came out. System flush whooo!

I agree with that part noone wants to hear about that. I don't really care what happens if you don't. I'm just offering a solution.
