Its because to many people were photo copying the coupons. They had water marks on them and when photo copied they wont show up. To many greedy people trying to get chicken with fake coupons.

Yup. The coupon you bring in is supposed to get stapled or go with the paper you fill out. For the people who bring in fake coupons they wont get one. If you brought in a legit coupon you will get it in the mail.
