Central Region texas comps? any in houston area?

For people in Houston or even Texas for that matter, car audio comps can be hard to come by.

I know they have one every year in Austin, TX. Heatwave car show

but there is supposedly now one in Houston called the showdown, ran by the heatwave people.

I just wanted to confirm this as there is not any pre registration or anything.

(i dunno if you can tell but i have never competed, so not sure about how all the stuff works.)
