These suggestions sound great, and I would definitely go with components if I were you. By the way, with a little maneuvering, you can make the 6.5 inchers fit in Q-logic kicks. Here is a pic or two of wne my husband and I were installing our kicks. They are q-logic kicks reworked and covered with tweed with JL-XR650csi comps.
