Sup guys, i know, this is gonna seem like a noob question, and some plp would prob tell me that it's personal preference. BUT, i have another dilemma now.

i was set on getting 2 10'' Ks powered by the Nine1, but now i have been hearing people and i am thinking of getting 2 12'' Ks instead.

so this is just a general question, i dunno how many ppl experienced both 10 n 12'' ks, but just for subs in general, what would sound better 2 10''s or 2 12''s? (i want more sql, n i will be sealing this subs). I know the 12 would be louder and prob deeper, but for people who experienced both 12s n 10s, which one do you think is better?

(i ve been runnin 10s all the time, so i wanna c how 12s would do) any help would be appreciated, thanks

First off you make no sense!!!! Now for the real question......The 12's can sound just as good as the 10's in a proper box so if you've got the room and power for them then I'd say go with the 12's

if you got the space, pay $10 more and get the 15". considerably more cone area and efficiency. port them and watch as your hearing goes away.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

id say go 12 if you have the space! go 2 12's if you have more... if yuou still have more and have the money go MORE MORE MORME MORE MORE!

coo thanks, yeah i think i am going with 12s n ditch the 10s. it's only lik $18 for 12s. and yes i got the space. at first i was planning to get the L5s n make a box of ~1.4cu feet for each sub (2). so i'll prob make one with 1.0 cu feet for each 12. n for power, well, the 10 n 12 take the same power.

n 15s?? nah, that's too much bro, dat would just kill me dude, esp for a daily driver.

12's bro you will really see the difference in how low they can go. and in the wright enclosure will sound just as good as stated before.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

turn down the gain a bit then so it'll be loud as the 12's, except they won't have to play as hard and won't have to waste the extra power going into the 12's.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

just stating my opinion............go with 12's. They (as been stated numerous tymes before) can sound just as SQ oriented as 10's if not mroe so, when in the proper box. Also more cone area=more hits and possibly louder too.
