While I don't think it is as typical for a group of whitegirls to do this it could easily happen in someplace down south with a bunch of white hick racist chicks picking on a black dude, look at the vid earlier about the news reporter (black) getting beat down.

Can happen anywhere there is trash, unfortunately the city is usually where a lot of the trash is mixed in with millions of other people resulting in more bullshit than in rural areas.
