techflex or heatshrink

going to have 2 runs of 1/0 from front batt to rear batt and wanted to put some techflex or heatshrink around the wire.. It will be ran inside the car under the carpet. What would you use? What size? Will also be wrapping all my wires running to the amps that will be semi-visible to give it a cleaner look

What I did is I ran the wires threw expandable tubing also known as techflex, than I use marine grade heat shrink on both ends "can be gotten at your local marine or boat store" Works great and I also use the marine grade heat shrink on all my connections.
