i never said I would do any thing, I will speak to him though, possibly this could be clarified,and end up as good as possible? I learned along time ago it takes a bigger man to talk through a situation than to fight through one. On top of that this isn't my fight. I do however feel that if I can be of assistance to the buyer and gain some clarity, I would definately do so.

That is kinda the point, if he knows that he is this way, give the buyer the benifit of the doubt, send the stuff first. why is it ok for him to do this, is there such a thing as a trustworthy lier?

nope, didnt say what he did was ok, but a simple search would have turned up that he is slow on shipping.

P.S. Last time i bought something for him I paid for it when it got here lol. Only way i could get him to ship fast. But I'm pretty good friends with him so thats the only reason why he trusted me lol

I have no doubt it will show up, My point is that the way he handles his transactions is less than admirable, but lieing about the items being shipped is simply wrong. He could man up and admit that he has not sent it. He however appairently lies about sending it snd ocntinues the lie with the supporting story. Just admit that you didn't send it. People can deal with that.

thanks for the support kmanian. and if you went down there and talked to him about the situation, that would be very nice of you. i wish i had that oppurtunity to do that. and its not like i asked for the tracking number thurs or friday. i asked for it last monday....kmanian is right. i bought from him cus it was a deal, but i also bought one from matrxx dude for 100 more that got here in 2 days. it doesnt take a package from AL 9 days to get hre, which i still dont have a tracking number so i cant find anything.

hey man, the crate i was going to use to ship that sub out got wet and I'm scared to ship it out with the bottom being wet like it is.
If its ok i'd like to build another crate today and ship the subs out in the morning?

simply you were lied to, because he needed the extra money for his surprise vacation and then to make way to finals, real shity fella imo even if he does ship out hes shity business man, no different than that mark guy with tcab or whatnot.... i say do him one over and when you do get the product (which he has proven will be sent at his convience) do a charge back and then make his *** wait a week before you resend him payment or send it in the form of a check so hell have to wait for it to clear

Justin isnt short on money so doing something stupid like that isnt going to matter. Thats one reason why I think justin doesnt see it as a big deal. When he orders subs he orders 12 300 dollar subs at a time so a 300 dollar transaction isnt a big deal. Not saying hes a baller, but he isnt a broke college student either
