Team RAMROD!

Also, all the photos that were put on there were easily found using google (just click images). Are they planning on going to the "proper authorities" on google too?

actually, i dont know how true physical threats play out over the internet, but for just cuttin up and callin them idiots and noobs with no life, its called freedom of speech and thats protected by the united states constitution.

and i think also messages posted on the internet are protected by free speech also, but someone look up the differences between free speech and threats.

who gives a shit who its made to, just because theyre "military" they think theyre above the law. they can **** my penis.

How does ca.com not end up as a target to forum raids? It seems like it would be a pretty good target.
We are like the equivalent to Al Quieda(spl?) in the middle east.

We will fvck with every one......but no one dares fvcking with us. (Except the hole word, but I mean just middle eastern population.)

it depends, obscene language is not protected under the first amendment. However, it is up to the state and locals to define what obscene language is to them. the 1st amendment isn't a 1 shot deal. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

the ACLU would disagree with you.

The problem lies on what is protected and what is not. There's fully protected, limited protected, and unprotected. Obscene speech falls under the latter. However, the internet introduces areas that haven't been tested yet.

As was asked earlier, who made threats?

Threats through text messages are (sadly) taken very seriously, however I don't know if texts and forum posts are the same (specified target vs general threats) or if they're under the same category like "Threats Through Electronic Communication".

What I DO know is a family member of mine got in quite a bit of trouble for threatening a friends girlfriend "she shouldn't do that she knows I'd kill her". Kid's parents called the police (in Maryland or some NE state), the Maryland police called our local police, and said family member was interogated at school.

Family dropped charges. I couldn't believe how seriously it was handled.

True story, no exaggeration. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

The whole story if you're interested.

So next time someone threatens you, call the police //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
