I'm sorry but no it does not.The FS of the woofer does have a factor in DETERMINING the tuning but not the actuall tuning itself.That is determined by box volume and port size.Your tuning will always be lower then you peak freq usually by about 8-10hz.

I raised my tuning to 38 and now peak at 43 versus being tuned to 33 and peaking at 45. I am sure there is no actual way to predict this stuff, only a ballpark estimate. And I have seen people peak lower than their tuning before just a little:fyi:

the size of my box has to do with my peak also
