tc9 wierd noises

So ive been runnin my 12" tc9 d2 off a hifonics titan 7506(750 at 1 ohm). I set amp with dmm, and it sounded perfect. Never changed a thing bout after being installed for about 2 weeks(yesterday) It is all of a sudden making wierd noises when it hits, its still slammin, but making wierd noises when it does, like somethings hitting the cone or sumtin. So i took it out and nothin. Cone is still tite, no smell, no rubbing when pushed. What could it be...and does this seem like something that could be fixed with a recone if it is major? help plz cant stand no bass and cant handle the noises! thank you in advance

lol nope non of the na na nas it still bumps but it makes funky *** noises along with it.. no smell nothin..im lost.

is it really loud or quiet?

depends on the volume but it gets louder as the volume increases.. definatly audible and annoying

is it like a rattling? could be an inner dustcap if it has one.

idk..if it does. but it is kinda just like an rattling and tapping noise.
