Sold TC1000 w/separated cone

This is how I got it from TC. The cone is separated from the surround 1/4 of the way around w/ little bends at the beginning and end of the separation. Everything else is still fine, it was never installed.

I was going to, but they said they would send me the 10" oem (which I asked for) without having to pay the difference. Heather said she would send a shipping label with the oem so that I could send this back...it wasn't in there. So I'm not going to keep on trying to send it back if they can't get it right; tc's CS and quality control has gone downhill IMO.

There was a $16 difference.

The first 1000 I ordered got lost or whatever at FedEx, it took TC over a week to give me any kind of info, and ignored emails that I sent. Anytime I wrote them an email talking about warranty issues and whatnot, I never got a response. But when I talked about buying another sub, they were quick to respond. I got the runaround several times when they said they would contact fedex and let me know what's going on, then would never send me an email back. So yeah, I call that CS going downhill.

They didn't give me shit, just refunded me (which they should have done anyways) for the results of their shitty quality control.
