No, but they are infringing all over tc's 4-spoke patent with that product, and now fi's 6 spoke in the TSNS. TC has in fact sent a cease and desist.
They got balls hanging their entire product line on two infringing patents from two companies and using all of TC's tools.

Wow, very unprofessional to come on a public forum and slander another company.

Its also very unprofessional to sell parts to a company then tell them they cannot use them.

And if its all about getting others to stop using that basket, dont worry, it has always been T3s plan to use a newly designed and tooled basket later this year when these run out.

That was the intention of buying 1000s of baskets. Not to just let em sit in a warehouse.

The company didnt sell. JD is owner. Just licensed out rights to sell products.

understood but its also common knowledge about the patent. now ur gonna have to sell off the baskets you have as just raw baskets. shit happens and in business it is magnified 10 fold...
