Find a couple decent kicker or mtx 12's for a good price...look for a decent amp with at least 100w per channel..hopefully closer to 200. For 6x9's i would first check crutchfield and see what they say as far as which speakers will fit...pick a few models you like then try and find said models on ebay. While you may find them for 150 bucks at other stores..you might find them for 50 bucks on ebay. Also you can get a decent headunit at circuit city or even a local stereo shop for under 250.
